Der Körper als Verbrennungsmaschine >>> ???

"Exercising to burn more calories is like trying to drive faster down a dead end road. Food has a fuel like effect when converted by the body, but it is not a fuel and you are not a machine. The notion of "Body as a thermodynamic machine" - where food is merely a calories in / calories out method of addition / subtraction - derives from an obsolete, insufficient model of the human body created during the Industrial Age......"      Scott Sonnon / via Facebook / 07.11.2013

Balance

"My opinion on the original question posed is that there needs to be a balance between strength, mobility and flexibility training.
Strength should be complimentary and not detrimental to mobility....."

Being fit

".....But looking fit and being fit are not necessarily the same. Being fit is being capable of performing physically in the real world with effectiveness and efficiency, and especially when the situation and the environment are challenging…….”   Quelle: http://www.artofmanliness.com/2013/09/12/a-primer-on-movnat/

Vorteile Kettlebelltraining
